Where we ship
We ship to addresses in Canada.
How long delivery takes
Every order is imported from our fulfilment centre in Yiwu, China after you place it. We do not hold stock in Canada, which is how we can offer a wide range of models at fair prices.
Delivery takes 12 to 15 business days.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on orders over $199 CAD. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays, customs clearance and weather can occasionally add time. If your order is running late, message us and we will follow it up for you.
Returns and refunds
Return window
You can return most items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
RC vehicles and electronics can be returned only if they are defective on arrival.
Damaged or faulty on arrival
If your order arrives damaged or not working, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will repair or replace it.
How to return an item
- Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Wait for our confirmation. We will give you the return address; please do not send anything back before then.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the address we give you.
Return shipping may be charged unless the item arrived defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund is processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take longer to show it.
Items that cannot be returned
Clearance items and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Repairs and spare parts
We handle repairs and replacements for the models we sell. Things break in this hobby, and we would rather get you running again than leave you stuck.
Spare parts for any model we sell can be sourced on request. Message us with your model name and the part you need, and we will find it.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
