Message us with your model name and the part you need, or a short description of the problem, and we will take it from there.
Delivery
Every order is imported from our fulfilment centre in China after you place it and delivered in 12 to 15 business days, with a tracking number emailed when it ships.
Where we are
Administrative office: 1401 Laurel Lane, Argyle, Texas, USA. This is an office only; we cannot accept visits or returns here.
Fulfilment centre: Yiwu City, Jinhua, China. This is a fulfilment centre only and does not accept visits or pickups.
