How to Order from CrazyRC: A Step-by-Step Guide

Ordering from CrazyRC takes a few minutes. Here is what happens, from choosing a model to it arriving at your door.

1. Find your model

Browse by category, from crawlers and bashers to boats, helicopters and construction models, or look for a brand you already run. Each listing shows the scale, the key specs and what is in the box.

If a listing says ready to run, the model arrives assembled with its electronics fitted. Check the listing for whether a battery and charger are included, as this varies by model.

2. Check out

Add the model to your cart and pay securely at checkout. Shipping is free on orders over $199 CAD.

3. We import your order

Every order is imported from our fulfilment centre in Yiwu, China after you place it. We do not hold stock in Canada, which is how we can offer a wide range at fair prices. Delivery takes 12 to 15 business days.

4. Track it to your door

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it all the way.

5. After it arrives

If anything arrives damaged or not working, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will repair or replace it. Need a spare part later on? Message us with your model name and we will source it for you.
